  • 2 pears peeled, stoned and cut into 8 pieces
  • 1 small banana cut into pieces
  • 2 tbsp vanilla yoghurt
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg
  • Chilled semi-skimmed milk

Bereiding

Put all ingredients in the blender cup. Finally, add the chilled semi-skimmed milk. Blend well until a smooth result is achieved.
