1. Company details
The products on our website are represented and distributed by Espressions B.V. The Espressions B.V. General Terms of Delivery apply to all deliveries within the Benelux. The brands represented by Espressions are supplied through a dealer network of better cookery shops, electro specialist shops, coffee specialist shops, department stores and hotel and catering wholesalers. For specific promotions and partnerships it is possible to order products directly through Espressions B.V. and have them sent directly to the consumer.

2. Order process
The ordering process goes as follows:
On the product page click on 'Add to Shopping Cart'.
Once you have added the desired products, click on 'cart content' in the top right of the screen. You can change the quantities here. Press the 'apply' button to recalculate the total amount.
Press the 'checkout' button.
If you are a new customer, you will be asked to fill in your details. Only data that are important for the order processing are requested.
You can then complete the order by selecting the payment method of your choice.
Once the order has been completed you will automatically receive an email confirmation. A second email with tracking information will follow once your order is shipped.
3. Warranty
Our products have a warranty that may vary from 1 year to unlimited in time, depending on the type of product and the manufacturer's warranty. The right to warranty is invalidated if the item contains faults or damage arising from wear and tear, improper use or repairs carried out by third parties.
If you have a problem with a received item, please report it according to the return procedure.
4. Complaints and suggestions
Complaints.
Service is important to us and we do everything we can to maintain the highest level of quality. If you are not 100% satisfied, please report your complaint. By doing so, you give us the opportunity to resolve your complaint and you help us to maintain the high level of quality. Do you have a complaint? Please contact us by e-mail, telephone or letter. We will respond to your complaint within four working days.
Suggestions
Do you have any suggestions for us? For example, about what can be improved or what products you would like to see in our range? Please let us know via the contact form.
5. Collection / Delivery time
Web shop orders placed on working days before 2 p.m. are dispatched the same day. In the Netherlands and Belgium, delivery normally takes place the following day.
Pick up
Picking up is currently only possible by appointment. Please call or email us to schedule an appointment. We do not have all products in stock at our office location.
Advice
We are happy to help you make the right purchase decision. We can advise you by email and over the phone.
Delivery time for web shop orders
Espressions B.V.'s logistics system is geared to dispatch orders promptly. Orders placed before 2 p.m. are dispatched the same day. In the Netherlands DHL delivers the order the next day, in Belgium the same service level is offered by the carriers. There are a few exceptions:
- Traditional bank transfer takes one day
IDeal, PayPal, VISA and MasterCard payments reach us directly. For bank transfers such as internet banking, a processing time of 1 to 2 days should be taken into account.
- Force majeure
Our stock system is continuously updated and is therefore very accurate. Should there nevertheless be a mistake in our stock system, we will always provide a neat solution.
Delivery conditions for transporters / Delivery time outside the Netherlands
In 97% of all cases, DHL delivers within the Netherlands on the following day. We cannot give solid guarantees, something can always go wrong. The usual delivery time for Belgium is also 1 working day. The delivery time to other countries is a few days longer and can be requested by email.
- Out of stock
If a product is not in stock, it will be mentioned on the website. You will see it before you checkout. Products that are out of stock can still be purchased. In case of uncertainty about the delivery time, this can be requested by email or by phone.
6. Exchanges and returns
14-day cooling-off period
Products may be exchanged or returned within 14 days. During this period, the consumer will treat the product and its packaging with care. He will only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to judge whether he wishes to keep the product. If he exercises his right of withdrawal, he will return the product with all accessories and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging to the entrepreneur. Returned items will be inspected very carefully and professionally, thus ensuring the safety of our customers. The procedure for returning items is described below.

We are happy to help you make the right choice. In the unlikely event that you do not like a product, you can of course return it. The easiest way to process your return is to fill in the return form (pdf document), print it and send it along with your return shipment. You can find it at the top of the page under the heading 'Downloads'.

The product to be returned must be sent carriage paid (PostNL basic package, keep track code). In case of a damaged or wrongly delivered item, we will reimburse the shipping costs afterwards. Our returns department only accepts properly packaged shipments.
7. Privacy
Espressions B.V. handles your personal details with care and adheres to the Data Protection Act. Our Privacy Statement can be read below:
Espressions adheres to the Data Protection Act. The personal details you submit to Espressions will be used only by Espressions employees for the following purposes: dispatch of products and verification of the payment to be received from you to Espressions. Espressions will make no details available to third parties other than those required for proper delivery and invoicing of goods. Espressions will not use your personal details for messages regarding offers or promotions unless you have given your consent. If you wish to inspect, correct or remove registered details, you can instruct us to do so in writing. You will, however, be required to produce valid proof of identity before you may inspect, correct or delete your personal details.
