Requirements
- ¼ cucumber
- 1 large ripe tomato
- ¼ red onion
- ½ green chilli
- 2 teaspoons chopped coriander
- Juice of 1 lime
Preparation
- Roughly chop the tomato and cucumber and place them in the chopping bowl of the hand blender with the rest of the ingredients.
- Blend until all the ingredients are chopped and mixed.
