Requirements
- 30ml white rum
- 30ml dark rum
- 30ml overproof rum
- 30ml orange juice
- 30ml pineapple juice
- 20ml lime juice
- 15ml pomegranate syrup
- Glass: tiki cup or long drink glass.
- Garnish: piece of dried pineapple and fresh mint sprig.
Preparation
1. Pour the white rum, dark rum, overproof rum, orange juice, lime juice into a shaker tin.
2. Fill the shaker tin with ice cubes and shake hard.
3. Fill the tiki cup or a large long drink glass with ice cubes.
4. Strain the cocktail into the glass.
5. Garnish with a piece of dried pineapple and a sprig of fresh mint.
