Requirements

Fruit mix rolls:

  • 840 g mixed canned fruit, drained
  • Mango rolls:
  • 800 g mango in juice, drained
  • Strawberry rolls:
  • 500 g fresh strawberries, crowns removed, cut in half
  • 2 jars of 140 g apple sauce
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation

Fruit Rolls: Put the fruit in the bowl or cup of a food processor. Make it into a smooth puree. Spread the puree out evenly on the fruit rollers. Dry 5-7 hours or until pliable. Roll up the slices.

Mango rolls: Place mango in the bowl or cup of a food processor. Make it into a smooth mash. Spread the purée evenly on the fruit rollers. Dry 5-7 hours or until pliable. Roll up the slices.

Strawberry rolls: Place the ingredients in the bowl or cup of a food processor. Make it into a smooth purée. Spread the purée evenly on the fruit rollers. Dry 5-7 hours or until pliable. Roll up the slices.
