Avocado chocolate shake

Requirements
- 1 small avocado, cut into thin strips
- 1 banana, peeled and cut into pieces
- 1-2 tablespoons good quality cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons Greek low-fat yoghurt
- 1 pinch of honey, optional
- 5 ice cubes
- 250 ml chilled semi-skimmed milk
Preparation
Put all the ingredients in the blender cup and finally add the chilled semi-skimmed milk. Blend well until you get a smooth result. Is the shake too thick to drink? Then add some more semi-skimmed milk.
