Carrot, orange and apple smoothie

Requirements
- 1 large handful of sweet carrots in pieces
- 1 apple, core-free, cut into 8 equal parts
- 1 orange cut into segments
- 1/2 banana cut into pieces
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Chilled fresh orange juice
Preparation
Put all the ingredients in the blender and finally add the fresh orange juice. Blend well until a thin and smooth result is achieved. Optionally, add some extra milk to make the smoothie a little creamier.
