Requirements

  • 50 ml cold orange juice freshly squeezed
  • 50 ml chilled Champagne, Prosecco or Cava
  • 1 teaspoon Cointreau
  • Cold champagne glass
  • Slice of orange

Preparation

Pour 50 ml of fresh orange juice and the Cointreau into the glass. Slowly top up with 50 ml of champagne. Garnish with a slice of orange.
Non-alcoholic Mimosa: replace the Champagne, Prosecco or Cava with 7-Up, Sprite or soda water.
