- 1 cucumber, cut into smaller pieces
- 1 small handful spinach leaves
- ½ avocado, stoned and cut into small strips
- 1 peeled kiwi, cut into 8 equal pieces
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 5 ice cubes
- Chilled water
Preparation
Put all the ingredients in the blender and finally add the chilled water. Blend well until you get a smooth result. Is the shake too thick to drink? Then add some more water and enjoy this delicious detox smoothie.
