Requirements

  • 1 cucumber, cut into smaller pieces
  • 1 small handful spinach leaves
  • ½ avocado, stoned and cut into small strips
  • 1 peeled kiwi, cut into 8 equal pieces
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 5 ice cubes
  • Chilled water

Preparation

Put all the ingredients in the blender and finally add the chilled water. Blend well until you get a smooth result. Is the shake too thick to drink? Then add some more water and enjoy this delicious detox smoothie.
