Hickory Pork Ribs

Requirements
- 4 ½ pounds pork spareribs
- ⅓ cup Texas BBQ rub
- 4 cups Smokey BBQ sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- ½ cup beef stock
- Fresh parsley leaves, for garnish
Preparation
- Preheat your Pressure Cooker. Add 1 tablespoon oil and brown ribs in batches.
- In a large bowl, mix BBQ rub, BBQ sauce, brown sugar, and maple syrup. Coat ribs with mixture.
- Place steaming rack into your pressure cooker. Add beef stock into the pressure cooker and place ribs onto the rack.
- Cover; cook on MEAT/STEW for 15 minutes, or until ribs are fully cooked. Natural release pressure for 2 minutes.
- Remove ribs and place onto a warm serving tray.
- Heat the sauce until it begins to bubble.
- Pour sauce over ribs and garnish with fresh parsley leaves. Enjoy!
