- 30 g cornflakes
- 1 handful spinach leaves
- 1 handful of young kale
- 1 kiwi, peeled and cut into pieces
- 5 g fresh ginger
- Cooled coconut water
Preparation
Put all the ingredients in the blender cup and finally add the chilled coconut water. Blend well until you get a smooth result. Is the shake too thick to drink? Then add some more coconut water.
Prepare this product with
