Cornflakes with kale and spinach shake

Requirements

  • 30 g cornflakes
  • 1 handful spinach leaves
  • 1 handful of young kale 
  • 1 kiwi, peeled and cut into pieces
  • 5 g fresh ginger
  • Cooled coconut water

Preparation

Put all the ingredients in the blender cup and finally add the chilled coconut water. Blend well until you get a smooth result. Is the shake too thick to drink? Then add some more coconut water.
