Cauliflower soup

Requirements
- 400 g cauliflower florets
- 200 g floury potatoes
- 100 g smoked ham
- 7 measuring cups vegetable stock
- ½ measure of whipped cream
- ½ measure of olive oil
- 1 onion
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- Salt
- Pepper
Preparation
Put the onion in the bowl and chop it. Set to 5 sec, speed 5. Scrape any ingredients from the sides to the bottom. Add the olive oil and cook gently until the onion is translucent. Adjust to 3 minutes, speed 1, 90°C. Add the cauliflower florets and potatoes and chop. Add the vegetable stock and the cornstarch and allow to cook. Set for 25 minutes, speed 1, 90°C. Add the cream and stir. Adjust to 15 secs, speed 2. Season with salt and pepper. Cut the ham into strips and serve with the soup. Bon appétit!
