Requirements
- 300 g courgette
- 300 g hot chicken stock or 1 stock cube in hot water
- 50 g butter
- 150 g onions
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
Put the butter, onions, salt and pepper in the mixing bowl and set on 20 sec, position 5. Add the courgette and set for 15 sec, speed 5. Set for 6 minutes, 100ºC, position 1. Puree the soup, put a cloth on the lid and hold. Set for 2 minutes, speed 3 and slowly increase to speed 5. Serve the soup with sour cream.
