Requirements
- 500 g chantenay carrots, washed
- 3-4 g coriander seeds
- 35 g fresh coriander
- 500 ml water
- 1 stock cube or a choice of spices
Preparation
Put all ingredients in the jug. Pulse for a few minutes to blend the ingredients. Blend the ingredients into a fine mixture and heat to boiling point.
