Requirements

  • 500 g chantenay carrots, washed
  • 3-4 g coriander seeds
  • 35 g fresh coriander
  • 500 ml water
  • 1 stock cube or a choice of spices

Preparation

Put all ingredients in the jug. Pulse for a few minutes to blend the ingredients. Blend the ingredients into a fine mixture and heat to boiling point.
