Strawberry Sundae

Requirements
- 300 ml whipped cream
- 350 grams strawberries (washed and uncropped)
- 1 packet strawberry jelly (check the packet for the required amount)
- 1 tablespoon icing sugar
- 450 grams strawberry yoghurt
Preparation
Mix the cream in the blender jug at high speed until it just starts to thicken,
and then reduce the speed until it is thick enough to purée. Spoon into
