Fast Tiramisu

Requirements

  • 1 tbsp instant coffee
  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 100 ml whipped cream
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1 sachet vanilla sugar
  • 100 ml coffee
  • 2-3 tbsp coffee liqueur
  • 12 ladyfingers
  • 25 g mocha chocolate (coarsely chopped)
  • Cocoa powder for sprinkling

Preparation

Dissolve the instant coffee in 2-3 tablespoons of hot water. Using the hand mixer, beat the mascarpone with the cream, sugar and vanilla sugar until you obtain a creamy cream. Whisk in the instant coffee. Mix the coffee with the liqueur. Dip 6 ladyfingers in the coffee and place them on the board or on a plate. Spoon half of the mocha cream on top. Dip the last 6 biscuits in the coffee and place them on the cream. Spoon the rest of the cream on top. Sprinkle the tiramisu with the chocolate and a little cocoa powder.
