Requirements
- 6 medium ripe tomatoes, cored and halved
- 1/2 cup raw cashew nuts
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Finely chopped fresh herbs (such as parsley, basil or oregano), optional
Preparation
Put the first four ingredients in a blender jug and press the soup button. If desired, sprinkle the soup with some delicious herbs.
