Homemade pesto sauce

Requirements
- 125 g fresh basil leaves
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- Sea salt and black pepper
- 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 knob toasted pine nuts
- 60 g Parmesan cheese
Preparation
Add the basil, juice, salt, garlic, pepper and oil to the mixing bowl and mix on high speed for 20 seconds. If necessary, push down the ingredients that have risen along the sides of the mixing bowl, add the seeds and cheese. Mix again for 20 seconds on high speed until a smooth mixture is formed.
Serving:
Bring a large pan of water and a little oil to the boil. Cook 500 g pasta al dente. Drain the pasta well, do not rinse. Put the pasta in the pan and stir in half of the pesto sauce, or more to taste. Sprinkle with additional cheese or toasted pine nuts.
