- 2 eggs
- Milk
- Salt
- Pepper
- Possibly other herbs or spices such as thyme and rosemary
Preparation
Add the eggs, without the peel, to the blender jug and blend on medium-high speed for about 20 seconds. Then add the milk, salt, pepper and other herbs or spices and blend for another 20-30 seconds. Pour the egg mixture into a hot, oiled frying pan. Add fresh vegetables, cheese and meat as desired and make your omelette as usual. By mixing the ingredients in a blender, the ingredients are better mixed and you add more air. The result is a delicious, soft omelette!
