Requirements
- 45ml Pekoe Supreme Ceylon liqueur
- 20ml cognac
- 20ml lemon juice
- 20ml orange syrup
- Glass: Coupe
- Garnish: syrup wafer and sprig of mint
Preparation
1. Pour the tea liqueur, cognac, lemon juice and orange syrup into a shaker tin.
2. Fill the shaker tin with ice cubes and shake hard.
3. Fine strain the cocktail in a coupe glass.
4. Garnish with a syrup wafer and a sprig of fresh mint.
