Mixed Berry Smoothie

Requirements

  • 1 cup of blueberries
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 500 ml greek yoghurt
  • 1/2 tablespoon honey

Preparation

Add the blueberries and raspberries. Put blueberries and raspberries into a blender. Add the yoghurt to the jug. Add the honey to taste (we used ½ tbsp). Mix with the (hand) blender until you have the desired consistency.
