Requirements
- 2 pears peeled, stoned and cut into 8 pieces
- 1 small banana cut into pieces
- 2 tbsp vanilla yoghurt
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 pinch of nutmeg
- Chilled semi-skimmed milk
Preparation
Put all ingredients in the blender cup. Finally, add the chilled semi-skimmed milk. Blend well until a smooth result is achieved.
