Red beetroot and blueberry smoothie

Requirements

  • 1 banana, cut into pieces
  • 100g boiled beetroot, quartered
  • 100g blueberries
  • 1 lime
  • 50ml water
  • A sprig of mint

Preparation

Place the chopped banana, blueberries and beetroot in the blender jug.
Squeeze all the lime juice into the jug and add the water.

Use the blender to blend the ingredients until they are smooth and vibrant.
Pour into a glass and garnish with a slice of lime and a sprig of mint, or store your smoothie in the fridge for up to 2 days.
