Meatballs in tomato-mushroom sauce

Requirements
- 500 g minced beef
- 1 onion, very finely chopped
- 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
- 50 g wholemeal breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon Italian spice mixture
- 400 g canned chopped tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 100 g chestnut mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cube of vegetable stock, dissolved in 1½ dl boiling water
- Pasta or bread, to serve with it
Preparation
Mix the minced meat with the onion, garlic, breadcrumbs and herbs. Roll it into 16 small balls. Place the meatballs in the inner pan; add the tomatoes, tomato puree, mushrooms and the stock. Cook for 3 hours on HIGH. Serve with pasta or bread.
