Teriyaki Beef

Requirements
- 900 g beef (cut into cubes)
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- Salt and pepper
- 4 tbsp teriyaki sauce
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped ginger
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 stalks celery, sliced
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 480 g green beans
- ¼ cup beef stock
- For garnish: 2 tablespoons sesame seeds and 2 green onions, sliced
Preparation
Mix the beef with cornstarch, salt and pepper. Mix this with the teriyaki sauce and ginger. Place the beef with the onion, celery and carrots in a FoodSaver bag. Place the beef teriyaki in the slow-cooker with the beef stock and cook for 6 to 8 hours on setting LOW until the meat is cooked. Then add the green beans and cook for 20 minutes. Garnish with green onion and sesame seeds.
