Oatmeal made with pressure cooker

Requirements

  • Pressure cooking time 8 minutes 
  • 130g oatmeal
  • 800ml milk of your choice
  • Fruit & nuts to taste
  • Honey to taste
  • Pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. Put the oatmeal, milk and a pinch of salt into the inner bowl and stir to combine.
  2. Put the lid on and select the manual function.
  3. Leave to boil for 8 minutes at high pressure.
  4. As soon as it has finished cooking, carefully de-aerate the appliance and remove the lid.
  5. Spoon the oatmeal into preheated bowls.
  6. Serve with a selection of fresh berries, dried fruit, chopped nuts or honey.
